Mlolongo’ Abductees Found Dead
n December 2024, four friends from Mlolongo—Martin Zyuko Mwau, Kalani Mwema, Steven Mbisi Kavingo, and Justus Mutumwa Musyimi—disappeared under mysterious circumstances. The men, aged between 29 and 35, were last seen on December 15 and 17, 2024. Their sudden disappearance led to extensive searches and appeals from their families
Tragically, in late January 2025, the bodies of two of the missing men were discovered at the Nairobi Funeral Home, formerly known as City Mortuary. The body of Justus Mutumwa was identified first, followed shortly by that of Martin Mwau. Reports indicate that Mutumwa’s body was collected from Ruai and taken to the mortuary on December 18, 2024, just two days after his disappearance. The circumstances surrounding Mwau’s death remain unclear
As of January 31, 2025, the whereabouts of the remaining two friends, Kalani Mwema and Steven Mbisi Kavingo, are still unknown.
